Welcome to TrainingPaws. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using the TrainingPaws application, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. What TrainingPaws provides

TrainingPaws is software designed to help dog trainers and small training teams manage clients, classes, bookings, resources, homework, certificates, vaccine information, waivers, calendars, notifications, and related business workflows.

2. Your responsibility when using the app

You are responsible for how you use TrainingPaws, including the information you enter, documents you upload, resources you share, instructions you provide to clients, and any decisions you make based on information stored in the app.

TrainingPaws is a tool for organization and communication. It does not replace your professional judgment, business responsibilities, legal obligations, client communication, or duty of care.

3. Waivers and legal documents

TrainingPaws may allow you to create, upload, assign, or collect signatures on waivers, agreements, policies, releases, intake forms, or similar documents.

TrainingPaws does not provide legal advice, does not create legally reviewed documents for you, and does not guarantee that any waiver, agreement, policy, release, or signed document is valid, enforceable, complete, appropriate, or legally sufficient for your business, jurisdiction, clients, services, or circumstances.

You are fully responsible for the content, use, storage, review, and enforcement of any waiver or legal document you create, upload, send, or collect through TrainingPaws. You should consult a qualified legal professional before using any waiver or legal document with your clients.

4. No legal, veterinary, financial, or professional advice

TrainingPaws does not provide legal, veterinary, medical, financial, insurance, tax, or other professional advice. Any information stored, displayed, or shared through the app is for organization and workflow purposes only.

5. Client, dog, and vaccine information

TrainingPaws may help you collect and view basic client, dog, and vaccine information. You are responsible for determining what information is required for your business, confirming its accuracy, and deciding whether a dog or client may participate in your services.

6. Resources, product links, and affiliate links

You are responsible for any videos, links, handouts, product recommendations, affiliate links, or other resources you provide to clients through TrainingPaws. TrainingPaws is not responsible for the accuracy, safety, legality, quality, or outcome of third-party resources or products shared through the app.

7. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

8. Payments, subscriptions, and 30-day money-back guarantee

Paid plans are billed according to the subscription terms shown at checkout. Early access pricing may be grandfathered for your company while you remain within your selected tier, unless your subscription is cancelled, payment fails, your account is terminated, or your company grows beyond the limits of that tier.

TrainingPaws offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. To request a refund, you must email us within 30 days of your initial paid subscription purchase and clearly state that you are requesting the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Refund requests sent after the 30-day period may not be eligible. This guarantee applies to your first paid subscription purchase only, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

9. Privacy

TrainingPaws collects and stores information needed to provide the app, including account details, company information, client records, dog records, booking information, forms, waivers, vaccine records, resources, notes, invoices, and related business data you choose to enter or upload.

We use this information to operate TrainingPaws, provide customer support, improve the service, process payments, send notifications, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate TrainingPaws, such as hosting, authentication, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, storage, and support providers.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the proper consent and authority to enter, upload, store, and manage client, dog, employee, and business information in TrainingPaws.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

TrainingPaws may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, improve security, understand usage, and operate the app.

Some cookies or similar technologies may be required for TrainingPaws to function properly. You may be able to disable cookies in your browser, but some parts of the app may not work correctly if you do.

11. Service availability

We aim to keep TrainingPaws reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app as needed.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrainingPaws, its owners, developers, partners, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, client disputes, injury claims, waiver disputes, legal claims, or damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.

You agree that you use TrainingPaws at your own risk and that you are fully responsible for your business operations, client relationships, documents, services, decisions, and outcomes.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrainingPaws, its owners, developers, partners, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the app, your business activities, your client interactions, your waivers or documents, your uploaded content, or your violation of these terms.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TrainingPaws after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
